Support onboarding, integration and daily operations of payment providers. Manage due diligence, reconciliations, settlements, testing, provider integrations, documentation, incident coordination, and fund movements while maintaining controls, reporting, and compliance awareness.

Lead and execute brand and performance marketing for Singapore, managing digital channels, agencies and budgets. Develop and optimise multi-channel paid and organic campaigns, report on KPIs, and support sponsorships and strategic partnerships to drive awareness and acquisition.

Manage and grow a portfolio of institutional clients across APAC. Serve as primary relationship contact, identify trading solutions (API, white label, IB), drive revenue growth, coordinate onboarding and service delivery, monitor client activity, ensure compliance with local regulations, and provide regular management reporting.

Provide technical operational support for institutional clients across onboarding, testing, connectivity and ongoing trading operations. Liaise with IT, Networks and third-party providers (e.g., MT4/5 bridges, ECNs), maintain system configurations, contribute to product and IT strategy, implement business controls, and support daily institutional tasks while building stakeholder relationships and ensuring high-quality client service.

Provide bilingual (Mandarin/English) client support for financial products, mentor the client services team, handle inbound/outbound queries across channels, conduct platform demos and training, meet KPIs/SLAs, ensure CMFAS compliance, record accurate client data in internal systems, and identify opportunities to improve and cross-sell services.

Lead Singapore bullion business covering physical gold trading, gold-backed lending and client funding. Ensure PSPM Act licensing and AML/CFT compliance, drive commercial growth and pricing strategy, manage end-to-end trade operations and vault reconciliations, design collateralised structures, and lead a cross-functional sales and operations team to improve efficiency and regulatory governance.
