Provide bilingual (Mandarin/English) client support for financial products, mentor the client services team, handle inbound/outbound queries across channels, conduct platform demos and training, meet KPIs/SLAs, ensure CMFAS compliance, record accurate client data in internal systems, and identify opportunities to improve and cross-sell services.

Lead Singapore bullion business covering physical gold trading, gold-backed lending and client funding. Ensure PSPM Act licensing and AML/CFT compliance, drive commercial growth and pricing strategy, manage end-to-end trade operations and vault reconciliations, design collateralised structures, and lead a cross-functional sales and operations team to improve efficiency and regulatory governance.

Responsible for developing and managing institutional sales opportunities, building relationships in APAC, and meeting sales targets while adhering to compliance guidelines.
