The Client Relations Analyst services Asia ex Japan clients, focusing on the financial intermediary segment, resolving inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Install, maintain, administer and support corporate audio-visual systems across seven Asia offices. Manage and troubleshoot AV, perform preventive maintenance and testing, implement AV and control systems to enterprise standards, produce technical documentation, coordinate vendors and cross-region teams, and provide technology direction for complex AV projects. Flexible hours and regional travel required.

Serve as an ETF product and sales consultant across Europe-Asia, support sales force engagement and training, coordinate roadshows and regional representation, analyze competitive landscape and collaborate with US specialists to drive consistency.

Lead solution design and delivery of business, digital, data and AI initiatives across investment operations. Define target operating models, implement new investment products, manage stakeholders, coach teams, drive continuous improvement and agility, ensure regulatory and operational alignment, and apply domain expertise in accounting, compliance and reporting to scale solutions across regions.
