Conduct company, economic, financial, and industry research to develop original equity investment recommendations for portfolio managers and analysts. The associate will interview senior company management, present findings, work independently under analyst guidance, and gain hands-on investment management experience. The role requires strong financial statement knowledge, research and writing ability, communication skills, academic achievement, and willingness to travel for business.

Lead end-to-end international talent acquisition for leadership and complex searches. Develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, manage assessments, advise senior hiring managers and HR partners, and provide data-driven talent insights. Use market knowledge and recruiting technology to improve hiring decisions, candidate experience, and TA processes across multiple markets.

Oversee portfolio implementation and compliance across investment strategies. Coordinate restructures, cash flows, trade lists, vehicle optimization, portfolio operations, compliance alerts, approvals, and risk controls. Partner with investment officers, strategy management, trading, legal, client teams, and other stakeholders. Analyze discrepancies, support launches and conversions, respond to client requests, develop reports, document business requirements, and contribute to process and technology improvements.
