Oversee portfolio implementation and compliance across investment strategies. Coordinate restructures, cash flows, trade lists, vehicle optimization, portfolio operations, compliance alerts, approvals, and risk controls. Partner with investment officers, strategy management, trading, legal, client teams, and other stakeholders. Analyze discrepancies, support launches and conversions, respond to client requests, develop reports, document business requirements, and contribute to process and technology improvements.

Provide regional production support for CRD and COMET investment platforms. Investigate incidents, assess impact, coordinate vendor and support escalations, communicate recovery plans, implement enhancements, support testing and releases, build runbooks and controls, and improve monitoring and automation. The role collaborates with Investment Operations, SRE, global support teams, and Charles River in a follow-the-sun model.

Supports investment professionals by coordinating complex schedules, travel, meetings, committees, stakeholder interactions, and information flow. Resolves service issues, manages external provider and corporate relationships, prepares materials, improves workflows, and adopts AI and digital tools to increase operational efficiency. The role also contributes to peer learning, recruiting, projects, and development of scalable investment group support practices.
