It also applies ITIL service management practices, facilitates problem management, recommends resilience improvements, and provides technical guidance to less experienced engineers.

Leads global investment product technology rollouts from requirements and solution architecture through delivery and scale. Partners with business, technology, compliance, operations, and investment teams to define workflows, roadmaps, and scalable enterprise solutions. Oversees product health, incident analysis, vendor reviews, feasibility studies, business cases, and continuous improvement while mentoring distributed teams and managing operational, regulatory, and technology risks.

Leads Asia Pacific distribution, sales, and marketing compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Provides risk-based regulatory advice, oversees marketing and client-facing materials, develops compliance policies and training, monitors regulatory developments, and supports AML client approvals. Manages and develops the regional compliance team while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, regulators, auditors, and external counsel.
