- Partner with the Head of Europe-Asia (EA) ETF Sales & Product to identify, plan and execute travel across regions and segments; gain an understanding of firm and regional opportunities, including opportunities in segments where Capital isn’t currently focused.
- Actively participate as an ETF product resource for sales force members in their regions. Co-create engagement strategies for key clients, develop and execute roadshows.
- Serve as an ETF sales consultant for EA management as well as internal and external sales force members.
- Coordinate with regional EA sales management in representing ETF across a variety of venues, to include home office meetings/conferences.
- Work with sales force management to create and establish a schedule and syllabus for ETF training.
- Coordinate delivery of relevant information and data on the general and fund-specific competitive landscape; some writing on ETF-related topics may be required.
- Partner with US ETF Specialists to leverage resources and material across both regions, to drive consistency and scale across regions.
- The successful candidate will be an experienced client facing professional, with broad knowledge of ETF products, and the demonstrated ability to build long term relationships and influence others.
- 5-7 years of ETF experience, preferably in a specialist/product role.
- CIMA or CFP strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze opportunities/issues and to recommend business solutions.
- Strong training or leadership background.
- A focus on achievement and a drive to take initiative while demonstrating sound business judgment.
- The ability to develop, prioritize and implement best practices.
- A leadership style that is open, approachable, and informing.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
