Manage group quotation requests and grow the SME and corporate sales pipeline through brokers, independent agents, and intermediary partners in Singapore. Deliver product presentations and broker training, maintain Salesforce pipeline data and reporting, achieve sales and quality targets, ensure MAS and FCA compliance, support events and campaigns, and build strong senior-level relationships. The role also contributes to continuous improvement, team support, and representing Bupa Global with integrity and exceptional service.

Lead pricing for international health insurance across Asia, performing rate reviews, building pricing scenario tools, developing analytical techniques, pricing new and existing products, delivering competitor analysis, and representing pricing with senior stakeholders and committees to influence strategy and projects.
