Lead BitGo Singapore’s transaction monitoring and blockchain investigations function. Review and disposition alerts, investigate complex on-chain activity, tune monitoring rules, validate models, improve automation, and develop policies and procedures aligned with Singapore MAS requirements. Support suspicious transaction reporting, regulatory examinations, audits, law enforcement requests, and broader APAC compliance initiatives while serving as the regional subject matter expert.

Manage high-value institutional customer relationships across APAC, serving as a strategic advisor and driving product adoption, renewals, expansions, and retention. Develop success plans, monitor customer health and usage data, conduct business reviews, guide onboarding, identify risks, and translate client feedback into product improvements. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Support, and Solutions Engineering teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Owns BitGo’s Singapore finance and accounting function, including month-end and year-end close, management accounts, statutory IFRS reporting, audits, reconciliations, controls, regulatory obligations, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation inputs. The role requires expertise in digital asset accounting, regulated financial services, internal governance, and global finance collaboration.
