Own BitGo Singapore’s end-to-end client onboarding, ongoing due diligence, periodic reviews, and offboarding. Manage complex cases, queues, escalations, documentation, and stakeholder coordination while balancing regulatory, commercial, and client-experience needs. Improve workflows, controls, quality assurance, service-level frameworks, and onboarding metrics. Support audits and regulatory examinations, remediate findings, and mentor an Onboarding Associate while remaining hands-on.

Lead technical pre- and post-sales engagements across APAC: deliver demos, workshops, solution architecture, implementation guidance, and executive presentations. Manage client relationships, translate business requirements to product and sales teams, collaborate with product and engineering, and craft technical proposals and RFIs/RFPs.

Manage trade and settlement workflows for Prime trading and financing services, handle trade entry, asset transfers, reconciliation and reporting, support onboarding, identify and mitigate operational risks, lead process improvements and testing, liaise with product/engineering and external counterparties, and provide first-line support for trading and financing operations.
