Develops and deploys quality assurance tools and processes across logistics and customer quality functions. Performs audits, analyzes inspection and quality data, identifies trends, recommends corrective actions, and supports continuous improvement. Coordinates with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and certifying bodies to ensure compliance with ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, and other applicable standards. Provides expertise in root cause analysis, sampling plans, Pareto analysis, and statistical process control.

Performs global trade compliance activities, including export screening, denied-party reviews, customer and end-user research, license tracking, shipment monitoring, regulatory research, audits, stakeholder training, and coordination with Singapore Customs and other trade authorities. Maintains trade compliance programs and records while ensuring adherence to U.S. Export Administration Regulations, Singapore strategic goods controls, and applicable import/export requirements.

Analyze workflows and facility layouts to improve productivity and safety. Lead process improvement, root cause analysis, performance metrics, equipment moves, and implement best practices across operations.

Maintains the general ledger and financial records, performs reconciliations and month-end close activities, prepares financial statements and reports, supports budgeting, audits, SOX and GAAP compliance, XBRL tagging, internal controls, intercompany billing, acquisitions, divestitures, and accounting system projects.

Oversee office facilities management, lead teams, manage projects for office space design, handle vendor contracts and conduct site evaluations across South East Asia.

Lead and scale AI and intelligent automation capabilities across APAC, ensuring adoption, governance, and delivering business value through AI solutions.

Designs and supports customers with semi-custom ASIC, FPGA, and board-level system development. Responsibilities include architecting, coding, synthesizing, simulating, testing, and debugging electronic systems; selecting and maintaining design tools; developing proposals, methodologies, documentation, user procedures, and application notes; and serving as a technical representative to clients and suppliers.

Handles customer inquiries and order-related tasks including expediting critical orders, tracking, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, and record keeping. Supports sales team and seeks process improvements while maintaining customer relations.

Provide general business support including facilities and safety equipment maintenance, inventory and procurement, attendance and onboarding administration, and production reporting. Perform semi-routine tasks independently, collaborate across teams, and complete manual duties as directed by the Site Manager.

The manager will oversee data engineering, automation, and governance for business systems, ensuring compliance and operational stability while leading modernization and intelligent automation efforts.
