The manager will oversee data engineering, automation, and governance for business systems, ensuring compliance and operational stability while leading modernization and intelligent automation efforts.

Support and administer quality management programs: drive process improvements, perform and follow up on internal/customer/supplier audits, analyze quality data, maintain certifications, train staff on continuous improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.

Manage production operations for assembly, integration, configuration, testing, and repair of hardware and PC systems. Lead and develop team performance, assure quality and regulatory compliance (ESD, ISO, military standards), optimize processes and equipment, track productivity and KPIs, handle reporting, and drive continuous improvement.

Analyze workflows and facility layouts to improve productivity and safety. Lead process improvement, root cause analysis, performance metrics, equipment moves, and implement best practices across operations.

Handles customer inquiries and order-related tasks including expediting critical orders, tracking, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, and record keeping. Supports sales team and seeks process improvements while maintaining customer relations.
