Handles customer inquiries and order-related tasks including expediting critical orders, tracking, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, and record keeping. Supports sales team and seeks process improvements while maintaining customer relations.

Provide general business support including facilities and safety equipment maintenance, inventory and procurement, attendance and onboarding administration, and production reporting. Perform semi-routine tasks independently, collaborate across teams, and complete manual duties as directed by the Site Manager.

Analyze workflows and facility layouts to improve productivity and safety. Lead process improvement, root cause analysis, performance metrics, equipment moves, and implement best practices across operations.
