Develops and deploys quality assurance tools and processes across logistics and customer quality functions. Performs audits, analyzes inspection and quality data, identifies trends, recommends corrective actions, and supports continuous improvement. Coordinates with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and certifying bodies to ensure compliance with ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, and other applicable standards. Provides expertise in root cause analysis, sampling plans, Pareto analysis, and statistical process control.

Performs global trade compliance activities, including export screening, denied-party reviews, customer and end-user research, license tracking, shipment monitoring, regulatory research, audits, stakeholder training, and coordination with Singapore Customs and other trade authorities. Maintains trade compliance programs and records while ensuring adherence to U.S. Export Administration Regulations, Singapore strategic goods controls, and applicable import/export requirements.

Analyze workflows and facility layouts to improve productivity and safety. Lead process improvement, root cause analysis, performance metrics, equipment moves, and implement best practices across operations.
