Provides comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, communications, visitor and call screening, expense and budget tracking, event organization, meeting documentation, and follow-up. Handles highly confidential corporate information with discretion and exercises independent judgment while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Oversees distribution center operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory control, quality assurance, documentation, safety, equipment compliance, and process improvement. Supervises employees, monitors productivity and operational metrics, resolves fulfillment issues, ensures adherence to ESD, ISO, military, and safety standards, and supports cost-effective facility utilization and continuous improvement.

Develops customer business relationships and identifies expansion opportunities to achieve sales and financial objectives. Serves as a subject matter expert on products and technology solutions, executes strategic growth plans, creates demand through seminars and training, analyzes program results, monitors market and competitor trends, and maintains supplier relationships. Leads negotiations and independently manages complex accounts, territories, and customer opportunities.
