Serves as the on-site HR partner in Singapore, advising managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, ethics investigations, HR compliance, employee lifecycle programs, immigration processes, and workplace initiatives. Coaches people managers, analyzes employee feedback, supports local culture and safety programs, improves HR service delivery, and collaborates on global HR projects in a matrixed organization.

Develop and grow business within assigned Korean customer accounts by selling AspenTech engineering software and implementation services. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, identifying expansion and competitive displacement opportunities, responding to RFPs, negotiating and closing sales, developing pipelines, forecasting revenue, and achieving sales quotas. The role requires consultative solution-selling experience, Korean market expertise, Korean-language proficiency, and strong stakeholder relationship management.

Lead AspenTech’s APAC partner ecosystem by developing alliance strategy, joint business plans, co-selling and go-to-market initiatives. Oversee partner enablement, governance, deal registration, compliance, commissions, pipeline goals, revenue performance, and executive QBRs. Expand partnerships across energy, chemicals, metals and mining, pulp and paper, and power industries while aligning internal sales and regional teams.
