Manages private equity and private credit fund administration, client relationships, onboarding, accounting reviews, NAV and financial statements, investor services, regulatory reporting, audits, controls, and team performance. Oversees capital activity, waterfall and carried interest calculations, AML/KYC compliance, process improvements, staff development, resource planning, and delivery against client service agreements.

Reviews private equity and real estate fund accounting activities, including capital activity, partner allocations, financial statements, capital statements, and investor onboarding documentation for AML/KYC compliance. Provides accounting services, calculates net asset value, reviews team members’ work, coaches staff, and ensures timely, high-quality delivery.

Manage hedge fund accounting and administration, including NAV preparation, fee calculations, payments, reconciliations, financial statements, audits, AML/KYC and FATCA procedures. Oversee fund launches, client deliverables, investor due diligence, staff supervision, training, and client relationships. Coordinate with clients, brokers, custodians, auditors, and internal teams while ensuring compliance with governing documents, service agreements, and regulatory standards.
