Provide administrative and receptionist support including handling mail and couriers, director documentation and certifications, physical filing and archiving, e-services filings (ACRA/IRAS/MOM), KYC compilation, billing/log updates, office administration tasks, and other assignments; in-office five days a week.

The Business Development Director will drive new client acquisitions in Southeast Asia, enhance revenue, and manage client relationships while leading strategic initiatives and collaboration across teams.

Lead operational fund accounting for private equity/real estate funds: review capital activity, allocations, financial statements and NAV calculations; ensure AML/KYC onboarding compliance; supervise and coach team members to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
