Manage ABS Academy learning programs (ILT, VILT, e-learning, blended), coordinate instructional design and multimedia, verify technical accuracy, oversee delivery logistics and quality, manage academy finances and client training, ensure compliance with ABS Quality and HSQE systems, and support continual improvement and stakeholder communication.

Lead and manage the Singapore Innovation and Research Center's R&D portfolio, build industry and research partnerships, identify technology trends and business opportunities, define and execute projects, provide technical leadership, and represent ABS in industry engagements to drive innovation across maritime, offshore, and shipbuilding domains.

Designs, reviews, and analyzes engineering projects for compliance with rules and contracts; provides technical advice, resolves complex design conflicts, drafts reports, works with clients, prepares weekly reports and billing, and implements ABS quality requirements after training.
