Performs software-assisted analysis, develops proposed solutions, drafts technical reports, responds to clients, tracks workload, supports invoicing, and participates in workshops and training. Applies ABS quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures while developing engineering and communication skills.

Leads the ABS Singapore Innovation and Research Center, overseeing its R&D and innovation portfolio. Builds relationships across maritime, offshore, academic, government, and technology stakeholders; identifies industry needs and emerging technology opportunities; develops and executes strategic R&D projects; coordinates scope, partnerships, and delivery; aligns activities with ABS strategy; leads technical teams; and represents ABS in industry and research forums.

Engineering intern supporting research, product development, and technology innovation projects in maritime and emerging technologies. Responsibilities include technical research, data collection and analysis, computational method evaluation, problem solving, technical documentation, and collaboration with engineering, research, and digital teams. The intern will work across multiple projects while developing skills in ABS core business functions.
