Support General Ledger and Project Accounting across a 13-country region: prepare recurring month-end journal entries, perform country reconciliations, and assist with project accounting cleanup. Follow ABS HSEQ systems and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate, timely close activities.

Provide confidential administrative and clerical support to management and department staff, manage executive calendars, budgets, invoices, payroll interfaces, travel and events, mentor junior support staff, prepare reports, maintain files and office systems, and support department projects.

Drive new business and manage existing client accounts for ABS services; develop strategic account and visit plans; lead capture, proposals and pricing; coordinate with technical teams; maintain CRM data, forecast sales, identify market and marketing opportunities, and promote ABS service portfolio within assigned regions.
