Support General Ledger and Project Accounting across a 13-country region: prepare recurring month-end journal entries, perform country reconciliations, and assist with project accounting cleanup. Follow ABS HSEQ systems and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate, timely close activities.

Provide confidential administrative and clerical support to management and department staff, manage executive calendars, budgets, invoices, payroll interfaces, travel and events, mentor junior support staff, prepare reports, maintain files and office systems, and support department projects.

Drive new business and manage existing client accounts for ABS services; develop strategic account and visit plans; lead capture, proposals and pricing; coordinate with technical teams; maintain CRM data, forecast sales, identify market and marketing opportunities, and promote ABS service portfolio within assigned regions.

Support technical studies and research on offshore high-voltage electrical systems (HVAC, HVDC) and FPSO power systems. Assist with standards review (IEC, IEEE, CIGRE), gap analyses, technical reports, regulatory research, and internal documentation under senior guidance. Gain exposure to offshore wind and marine engineering projects.

Provide legal counsel across employment, IP, data privacy, insurance, litigation, and bankruptcy; draft, review, and negotiate contracts; conduct legal research; work with outside counsel; develop policies; supervise support staff and proactively identify legal risks and strategies.

Participate in training and support risk and safety studies for onshore, offshore, and marine projects under senior supervision. Perform analyses using engineering/CAD software, draft technical reports and client communications, propose solutions, prepare weekly reports and invoices, and apply ABS rules, quality systems, and TQM principles.

Lead end-to-end software implementation projects: plan, execute, supervise staff, develop and run acceptance test plans, ensure compliance with company standards, produce documentation, coordinate client support, and report status to senior management and stakeholders across locations.

Manage and develop ABS Academy learning content and delivery (e-learning, ILT, VILT, blended). Verify technical accuracy, coordinate multimedia and instructors, maintain quality and compliance, manage academy finances, and support client training and stakeholder relationships.

Support R&D on vessel performance modeling and simulation for electrified and hybrid vessels. Develop and apply simulation models, assess propulsion power architectures, apply MBSE for system architecture and requirements traceability, review designs against ABS Rules and standards, contribute to rule/guidance development, and produce technical reports while collaborating with shipowners, designers, shipyards, and researchers.

Support engineering team with safety studies, technical analysis for offshore/onshore projects, proposal and bid development, report drafting, invoice requests, and workshop scribing under direct supervision while completing training in ABS quality, health, safety, and environmental systems.

Prepare and manage marine proposals and contracts: gather vessel/customer data, estimate fees using pricing tools, draft and submit proposals for approval, coordinate with Business Development and SMEs, track renewals and contracts, maintain customer files and document systems, and communicate proposal status across teams.
