Provides compliance advisory and monitoring support for AIA Investment Management’s investment products, funds, mandates, trading activities, sanctions processes, data privacy, brokers, and counterparties. Responsibilities include regulatory change management, marketing and prospectus reviews, compliance reporting, investment governance, breach oversight, personal trading supervision, sanctions screening, privacy impact assessments, and AML/CFT, FATCA, and regulatory compliance support.

Supports the Enterprise Analytics team by preparing datasets, developing dashboards and analytical models, researching methods, documenting deliverables, and collaborating on data science, business intelligence, machine learning, and Generative AI initiatives in insurance.

Conduct enhanced due diligence and customer risk assessments for high-risk customers, including CDD, source-of-funds and source-of-wealth corroboration. Investigate complex AML cases, prepare suspicious activity reports, maintain compliance documentation, provide regulatory reporting, advise business units, deliver training, and improve AML processes. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, regulators, auditors, brokers, bankers, and agents.
