Business Analyst responsible for end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and BAU system enhancements. Duties include requirements gathering, AS-IS/TO-BE process design, UAT planning and execution, defect management, stakeholder engagement, root-cause analysis, project tracking, coaching junior testers, and supporting business readiness and continuous improvement.

Lead governance, fraud/waste/abuse (FWA) and SIU activities for Corporate Solutions claims. Drive audits, corrective actions, client/intermediary communications, product reviews for cost containment, and claims-related projects including OCR/CV and AI initiatives.

Manage corporate client relationships for employee benefits: advise on solutions, service accounts, analyze data for reporting, coordinate stakeholders, support business transformation and team initiatives to drive growth and client satisfaction.
