Support and maintain the End User Computing environment, providing technical support for devices, managing device lifecycles, and developing automation processes to improve efficiency.

Manage end-to-end agent code lifecycle and ensure data integrity, compliance, and timely service. Lead PD governance, complaint management, business continuity, SOP development, and risk reporting. Act as SME for digital transformation, drive process improvements and automation, support UAT and system implementations, and liaise with stakeholders and auditors to resolve issues and strengthen controls.

The Associate Director will lead engineering strategy, oversee multiple teams, ensure quality delivery of applications, and promote a high-performing, innovative engineering culture.
