The role also analyzes financial performance, improves processes through automation, manages vendors, prepares financial statements and board materials, and supports effective working capital management.

Lead a global engineering team developing Affinidi Elements, a secure, scalable platform using TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Responsibilities include technical architecture, complex feature delivery, roadmap collaboration, performance optimization, quality and security advocacy, coding standards, CI/CD, testing, and mentoring engineers. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with team development, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of high-performing engineering culture.

Leads customer-facing technical discovery, solution architecture, demos, proofs of concept, prototypes, and end-to-end implementations for decentralized identity and trust infrastructure. Translates customer requirements into secure, consent-driven systems, guides production adoption, creates reusable reference architectures and documentation, and provides feedback to product and go-to-market strategy. The role also represents the company at industry events and supports customers across startups and enterprises in Southeast Asia and Greater China.
