Teams at Adyen

Provide first-line support to merchants and commercial teams on finance and treasury products. Advise merchant finance teams on platform features, analyze financial pain points, and collaborate with finance product and development teams to improve or create solutions. The role requires financial products experience in banking or fintech, strong analytical and commercial skills, effective communication, decision-making under pressure, comfort with ambiguity, and advanced Excel proficiency.

Lead governance, tracking, remediation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination for payments brand-integrity programs. Partner with Risk, Legal, Commercial, Partnerships, Operations, and network operators to manage compliance requirements, merchant issues, escalations, and higher-risk business models. Improve controls, standardize global processes, prepare leadership updates, and mentor junior team members.

Provide first-line 24/7 support to merchants through phone, email, and web tools. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues involving the Adyen platform, answer detailed merchant questions, optimize and automate scalable processes, advocate for product improvements, and help merchants use platform features effectively. Collaborate with account management, technical support, in-person payments, and product teams while coaching colleagues and driving initiatives to completion.
