Teams at Adyen

Provide strategic regulatory advice for Adyen’s payments and fintech business in Singapore. Lead engagements with regulators and auditors, identify regulatory obligations and integrity risks, develop scalable policies and procedures, and represent Regulatory across products and workstreams. The role requires advising stakeholders, shaping regulatory strategies, and supporting controlled, compliant business growth.

Manage enterprise merchant relationships across APAC, driving growth through share-of-wallet expansion, cross-selling, upselling, and payments guidance. Own merchant success and satisfaction, build executive stakeholder relationships, assess customer needs, coordinate internal projects, and collaborate with global teams. The role requires strong commercial judgment, communication, project management, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguity. Travel is approximately 10%, and the position is office-based in Singapore.

Lead Adyen’s APAC IT support function from Singapore, managing a distributed team across Singapore and Bengaluru. Set regional support strategy, develop staff, improve operational performance, automate repetitive workflows, guide technical and architectural decisions, and deliver support projects. Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure a high-quality employee IT experience across APAC offices.
