Travel is approximately 10%, and the position is office-based in Singapore.

Lead a Singapore-based technical support team serving global merchants. Responsibilities include setting support goals, shaping global support strategy, mentoring team members, resolving complex technical escalations, collaborating with technology and commercial teams, and monitoring KPIs to improve operational performance. The role requires strong people leadership, web technology knowledge, problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and experience managing geographically distributed teams.

Lead cross-functional compliance and growth programs across products, markets, payment methods, partners, and network initiatives. Manage requirements, launch readiness, governance, risks, testing, monitoring, and post-launch optimization. Partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Risk, Partnerships, and Operations to build scalable controls, processes, documentation, and operating models that enable compliant business growth.
