Lead Adyen’s APAC payments product strategy across Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia/New Zealand, Hong Kong, and other markets. Own product vision, roadmap prioritization, go-to-market execution, and localized payment capabilities. Build and mentor a high-performing regional product team, collaborate with engineering, data science, sales, and leadership, and represent Adyen with regulators, industry bodies, and major merchants.

Develops and implements regional pricing and monetization strategies across markets, products, and payment methods. Partners with leadership, sales, account management, product, and finance teams to turn pricing insights into initiatives. Supports strategic deal pricing, drives adoption of global pricing tools, channels regional feedback, and serves as the APAC pricing expert. The role requires quantitative analysis, modeling, stakeholder communication, entrepreneurial prioritization, and end-to-end project delivery.

Lead a Singapore-based technical support team serving global merchants. Responsibilities include setting support goals, shaping global support strategy, mentoring team members, resolving complex technical escalations, collaborating with technology and commercial teams, and monitoring KPIs to improve operational performance. The role requires strong people leadership, web technology knowledge, problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and experience managing geographically distributed teams.
