Manage and improve Airwallex’s revenue systems and go-to-market technology stack. Responsibilities include designing scalable systems, optimizing commercial processes, improving data integrations and automation, supporting Salesforce administration, training teams, translating business requirements into solutions, and advising senior revenue stakeholders. The role partners with Revenue, Marketing, Data, and Product teams across global regions.

Serve as the on-site IT lead for Singapore and regional IT support lead for SEA offices. Own site operations, provide hands-on macOS/Windows and AV support, run onboarding/offboarding, manage vendors/inventory, mentor junior IT staff, coordinate with workplace/people ops/facilities, and produce clear documentation while improving processes and supporting executives.

Lead APAC merchant risk operations for payments, owning SLAs, quality, loss metrics and customer impact. Design and run merchant monitoring, investigation and escalation workflows. Implement policy and control changes with legal/compliance. Partner with Product/Engineering to evolve risk tooling (rules engines, case management, AI/LLM workflows), champion automation, and drive fraud/chargeback KPIs while scaling a multi-location team and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead APAC deal governance and monetization: create pricing and discount frameworks, advise Sales on complex deals, analyze pricing performance, enable sales via training, and coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product Marketing and Product Management to implement scalable pricing and packaging initiatives.

Lead and scale global Customer Support to deliver consistent, high-quality 24/7 service. Own global support strategy, operating model, SLAs, analytics (CSAT/NPS), QA, tech stack, deflection and self-service, incident response, and vendor/BPO management. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Sales to improve product supportability, reduce cost-to-serve, and drive continuous operational improvements.

Own and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across Asia, manage Salesforce and connected tools, drive data hygiene and reporting, build AI-enabled automations and productivity tools, partner with commercial and data teams to improve forecasting, pipeline management, commissions, and operational scalability.

Lead and perform daily QA of risk operations to ensure compliance and process efficiency. Run QA programs, produce monthly reports, identify root causes, recommend fixes, monitor remediation, and collaborate globally to improve procedures and systems.

Lead high-impact, data-driven operational strategy projects across product domains. Drive continuous improvement, CX analysis for enterprise segments, cross-functional alignment, KPI monitoring, and senior leadership reporting.

Lead a global QA team covering AML/KYC/Transaction Monitoring, underwriting and fraud risk. Design and run a comprehensive QA framework, perform monthly testing, identify risks and root causes, report outcomes to leadership, track remediation to closure, and provide data-driven insights to support operational excellence and projects.

Lead global onboarding and financial crime operations (KYC, name screening, transaction monitoring). Set strategy, build and manage distributed teams, define operating rhythm and OKRs, drive AI/automation transformation, improve procedures, controls and documentation, and balance risk, customer experience and commercial outcomes.
