Supports BlackRock’s global ETF servicing platform by overseeing ETF lifecycle activities, managing operational risk, strengthening governance and performance metrics, and improving scalability and resilience. The role collaborates with portfolio management, capital markets, technology, product development, and operations teams; supports Authorized Participants; and contributes to product launches, process transformation, and technology-enabled initiatives.

Leads APAC alternatives client servicing, including team development, investor onboarding, AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, due diligence, reporting, capital activity support, and regional regulatory coordination. Serves as the regional liaison to global operations, improves service models, manages escalations, and partners with technology teams on standardization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Works with investment, product, compliance, legal, and client-facing stakeholders to deliver high-quality investor experiences.
