Lead company secretarial matters across multiple jurisdictions, manage board and committee administration, maintain statutory registers and filings, support corporate transactions, audits, and regulatory reviews, coordinate external advisors, and liaise with directors, investors and regulators to ensure strong governance and compliance.

Provide legal strategy and execution for banking, payments, issuing and embedded finance partnerships. Negotiate complex cross-border deals, build playbooks, templates and AI-enabled workflows, maintain contract repositories and risk registers, and advise product, risk and commercial teams on launches and strategic partnerships.

Provide end-to-end legal support for global vendor, services, sponsorship and marketing contracts. Draft, negotiate and maintain templates, playbooks and CLM workflows; advise on liability, indemnity, IP, data/privacy, insurance and service levels. Partner with Procurement, Finance and cross-functional LRC teams, manage external counsel, and drive LegalTech/AI-enabled process improvements and training.
