Lead a team of 15+ account managers and customer success managers, setting the strategy for post-sales growth, product adoption, wallet share, and client retention across the SME and Growth segment. Build scalable playbooks, processes, culture, and leadership capabilities while partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, marketing, and strategy. Serve as a trusted advisor to key C-suite customers and drive high-impact commercial initiatives.

Lead and manage APAC (including China) technical support engineers, provide customer-facing troubleshooting for integrations, APIs and payment flows, coordinate incident escalation and resolution with engineering and stakeholders, identify product issues and drive improvements, and help build tools/processes to improve reliability and productivity.
