As a Community Host, you will be the face of the workplace, creating a welcoming and seamless experience for employees and visitors. You will provide day-to-day support, ensure workplace spaces are ready for use, and proactively resolve issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and guests.
  • Provide workplace support, information, and wayfinding assistance.
  • Ensure meeting rooms, workstations, and common areas are employee-ready.
  • Conduct workplace walkthroughs and report maintenance or facilities issues.
  • Respond to enquiries, troubleshoot workplace concerns, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities to enhance workplace experience.
  • Support employee engagement and workplace well-being initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, co-working, workplace experience, or a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional, approachable, and service-oriented.
