The Workplace Coordinator & Wellness Ambassador supports day-to-day workplace operations and acts as the key advocate for employee well-being. This role will ensure efficient front desk operations, coordinate facilities services, and champion wellness programs across the office.

The Opportunity 

  • Promote health programs and organize wellness activities to foster a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Oversee card access, visitor management, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth front desk functionality.

  • Manage vendor relationships to facilitate maintenance and repairs, ensuring aesthetic standards are met as well as ensure seamless workplace operations by coordinating with external partners and overseeing service delivery.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace facilities and services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Support the planning and execution of safety, health, and environmental awareness campaigns and initiatives.

  • Support the team in sending communications and updates, and help manage content for the workplace team G-site to enhance employee engagement and awareness.

Who you are 

  • You should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health and Environment or equivalent with at least 2+ years of experience in WSH / facilities management, administration, or wellness coordination.

  • You should have passion for workplace wellness and improving employee well-being with excellent organizational and multitasking skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • You should have a proactive attitude with a focus on creating a positive workplace atmosphere.
