We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Group Treasury & Working Capital Manager to lead cashflow planning, working capital management, and banking relationships across FLS Group's international network. Based in Singapore and reporting directly to the Group CFO, this role will serve as a key strategic finance partner to the CFO on the Group's liquidity, funding, and cash discipline.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving cash performance across all entities, strengthening treasury governance and controls, supporting the Group's funding and growth agenda, and leading treasury process transformation as the Group continues its expansion journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on treasury professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and multinational environment — with direct exposure to the Group CFO on group-wide liquidity, bank financing, and live M&A funding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cashflow Planning & Forecasting

  • Run the group's 13-week short-term cashflow forecast and 12-month liquidity plan across all entities and currencies; own the templates, the submission calendar, and the consolidation.
  • Chase, challenge, and quality-control entity submissions; investigate variances between forecast and actual and drive forecast accuracy up over time.
  • Maintain a single consolidated group liquidity dashboard for the CFO, updated weekly.
  • Prepare scenario and sensitivity views (downside trading, FX movement, covenant stress) for CFO and Board discussions.
  • Support M&A workstreams with cashflow inputs and funding requirement analysis as directed by the CFO.

External Financing Support

  • Prepare information packages for facility requests, renewals, and annual reviews: financials, forecasts, group structure, and covenant calculations.
  • Maintain the group facility register and covenant calendar; run covenant headroom calculations each period and flag risks early — no surprises.
  • Support the CFO in facility negotiations with analysis, documentation review coordination, and condition-precedent tracking.
  • Track utilization, pricing, and fees across all facilities and bank accounts; recommend savings.

Working Capital Management

  • Track DSO, DPO, and cash conversion cycle by entity against targets set with the CFO; run the monthly working capital review pack.
  • Follow up with entity finance teams on receivables ageing, overdue collections, and credit exposure; escalate problem accounts with clear analysis.
  • Monitor intercompany balances and coordinate settlement discipline across the group.
  • Monitor trade finance instruments day to day: letters of credit, bank guarantees, and trade finance facility utilization.
  • Identify working capital improvement opportunities and quantify them for CFO decision.

Banking Operations & Administration

  • Act as day-to-day operational contact for the group's banks: account opening/closing, KYC, signatory and mandate updates, service issues.
  • Maintain the group's bank account register and rationalize where possible.
  • Oversee daily cash positioning routines with entity teams and support payment controls and fraud-prevention discipline.
  • Support treasury-related aspects of audits, insurance renewals, and ERP (Oracle NetSuite) treasury process improvement.

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Cashflow Forecasting
  • Working Capital Management
  • Bank & Debt Financing
  • Treasury Operations
  • Financial Modelling & Analysis
  • Stakeholder Management
  • CargoWise (desirable)
  • Oracle NetSuite (desirable)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is welcomed.
  • 5–7 years in treasury, cash management, corporate banking, or FP&A with significant working capital exposure
  • Hands-on experience building and running cashflow forecasts in a multi-entity or multi-currency environment.
  • Working knowledge of trade finance instruments (LCs, guarantees) and bank facility documentation; exposure to covenant reporting a strong plus.
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; ERP experience (Oracle NetSuite an advantage).
  • Independent, self-starter and “can-do” attitude
  • Clear, concise communicator; able to turn a messy multi-entity cash picture into a one-page view.
