You will work in Singapore Government Agencies

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 1 year.

Internal Code: A26417

What will you do?

  • Lead business process discovery and workflow redesign for the AIDD programme, beginning with the Phase 1 target evaluation proof of concept and extending to configurable AIDD workflows from Phase 2 onwards. The role works with scientific, business and technical stakeholders to translate current processes, pain points and controls into practical, AI-enabled future-state workflows that improve throughput, traceability, quality and user adoption.
  • Map and assess the end-to-end target evaluation process, including user intake, evidence gathering, biological reasoning, therapeutic direction, narrative and score generation, evidence storage, quality assurance and expert review.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and interviews with scientists, business users and technical teams to identify pain points, bottlenecks, decision rules, dependencies, data needs and control requirements.
  • Design and validate future-state workflows that integrate AI agents and human oversight while preserving provenance, traceability, quality and appropriate escalation of uncertainty.
  • Translate workflow needs into clear business requirements, user journeys, process maps, decision rules, roles, governance and acceptance criteria. Maintain a prioritised backlog and work with the UI/UX Designer, Architect, Delivery & Tech Lead and AI Evals and Benchmarking Engineer to make each workflow ready for design, implementation and validation.
  • Support rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept testing, gather user feedback, assess feasibility and refine workflows with architects, AI engineers and delivery leads.
  • Develop reusable workflow patterns, configuration principles and operating models to support feedback loops, adaptive routing, multiple data sources, multi-tenancy and additional AIDD workflows from Phase 2 onwards.
  • Define process performance measures and change plans covering throughput, cycle time, review effort, quality, adoption and operational readiness.

  • Strong capability in process mapping, requirements gathering, user research, systems thinking and analysis of data flows, system interactions and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Ability to translate operational pain points into implementable business and functional requirements, prototypes, governance arrangements and measurable outcomes.
  • Skilled in facilitating stakeholder workshops and interviews, reconciling differing needs and validating recommendations with business and technical teams.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled workflow opportunities, human-in-the-loop design, iterative delivery and the organisational impacts of process and technology change.
  • Strong written, visual and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in workflow and delivery tools such as Miro and JIRA.
  • Workflow redesign in scientific, engineering or other evidence-intensive environments, including AI-enabled processes and configurable user journeys.
