- Solution Development: Design and deliver customized Workday solutions that address client needs, presenting these solutions effectively during pre-sales engagements to secure client buy-in.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with business objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Pre-Sales and Proposal Support: Partner with the sales team to develop compelling proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and resolve technical queries to drive project acquisition.
- Hands-On Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of Workday solutions, applying deep expertise to ensure precise and effective setup.
- Deployment Oversight: Oversee and guide the team through the deployment process, ensuring a seamless go-live and successful project results.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project.
- Innovation and Knowledge Sharing: Stay abreast of Workday updates and industry best practices, sharing insights with internal teams and contributing to the development of training materials.
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Assess needs, propose recommendations or alternative solutions, and advise on best practices and process improvements.
- HCM Modules Implementation: Implement and lead solutions for any three HCM modules within Workday, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment, while ensuring successful go-lives and adapting to evolving stakeholder requirements.
- Project Management: Lead and prioritize medium to high complexity projects, managing scope, quality, and timelines. Provide guidance and coaching to team members, and review work to ensure quality standards.
- Issue Resolution: Research and identify the root cause of problems, implementing corrective measures and presenting solutions to stakeholders.
- Lessons Learned and Best Practices: Share lessons learned from previous projects and articulate Workday best practices to stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement and effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Workday HCM Compensation and configuration experience is a MUST
- Additional Workday certifications in areas such as Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent, Absence, or Time Tracking are considered a plus.
- With at least 5 to 10 years of Workday experience
- Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and Core Compensation
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Deep Workday custom reporting, analytics and EIB and experience required.
- Knowledge of Workday security administration
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, strong data analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Singapore citizenship or holding Active Singapore PR is required.
