Driving a global agenda, you will work with senior business leaders to drive talent initiatives to support the overarching business strategy. This role provides an opportunity to frame and build an assessment strategy to drive for today and the future. You will be a critical partner in creating an infrastructure that will scall to the broader organization and be a key thought partner in integrating the assessment strategy into the broader talent ecosystem.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Design and implement a comprehensive talent assessment strategy to support the organization's aspiration to drive differentiated talent development, create more data driven decision-making processes, and become a talent maker and talent magnet.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor partners to support the assessment strategy
- Design and implement talent assessment frameworks to evaluate capabilities, skills, potential, manager effectiveness, and fit for roles at the determined organizational levels.
- Align assessment tools and processes with the company's strategic goals, culture, talent processes, and DEI initiatives.
- Ensure all talent assessment practices comply with legal, ethical, and industry standards, including EEOC and GDPR guidelines.
- Partner with People Team, globally, to activate assessment strategy, modifying for local needs where needed.
- Analyze talent assessment data to identify workforce trends, skill gaps, manager effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with People Team, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, DEI teams to ensure integrated talent strategies which appropriately leverage assessment practices and insights.
- Partner with senior leadership in the business, aligning on a holistic assessment strategy and developing talent and supporting succession plans in accordance with BU needs.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- HR leader with an active curiosity, insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performance
- Advanced degree (Master's level, PhD preferred) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience working within an assessment firm or in large, global corporation with significant responsibilities for assessment programming and vendor management (assessment firm interface).
- Extensive experience in talent assessment, psychometrics, or organizational development roles.
- Expertise in and requisite credentials/certifications for assessment tools such as Hogan, Korn Ferry, SHL, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale initiatives and rollouts, including the needed influence, communication, stakeholder management and change leadership abilities.
- Ability to develop strong, collaborative partnerships with region, function, and COE leaders.
- Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
- Future focused, thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leverage an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends.
The base salary range for this position is $141,000 to $246,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
