Your future role within QRT

  • Work as part of a fast-moving global HR technology team with colleagues in HK and London
  • Develop QRT's Workday technologies across functional areas and integrations/extend
  • Analyse, architect, and deliver solutions/enhancements to leverage Workday and other QRT HR tools to support automation and scaling
  • Create technical design document, perform unit testing, system integration testing & deploy Workday integrations
  • Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors
  • Serve as a Workday SME; actively participate in Workday Releases and stay ahead of new features/functionality being introduced by Workday
  • Partner with APAC HR and technology to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Educate HR users and non-HR users in Workday processes
  • Ensure system and data interfaces are current and optimized
  • Support a range of reporting visualisations both inside and outside Workday

Your present skillset

  • Substantial experience in Workday functional and technical areas
  • Knowledge of touch points in HCM, payroll, benefits, time tracking, and security
  • Experience as a hands-on Workday SME, configuring and maintaining modules
  • Hands-on experience with XML/XSLT, EIB, Workday studio, Workday Extend and Core Connectors
  • Experience in designing and building integrations using Workday integration tools, APIs and middleware tools
  • Knowledge of building Third Party Payroll Integrations, and other complex integration solutions is a plus
  • Python scripting experience would be an asset
  • Team-player, able to work as part of a distributed global team
  • Fluent in English
