Your future role within QRT

  • Develop QRT's Workday HCM, Absence, Benefits, and Compensation modules
  • Analyse, architect, and deliver solutions/enhancements to Workday HR systems/tools
  • Serve as Workday SME; actively participate in Workday Releases and stay ahead of new features/functionality being introduced by Workday
  • Partner with APAC HR and technology to understand and deliver solutions in Workday
  • Ensure system and data interfaces are current and optimized
  • Work as part of a global team with colleagues in EMEA
  • Implement process improvements and new features on a rolling basis
  • Create and maintain dashboards; deploy dashboards to business leaders

Your present skillset

  • Substantial experience in at least one of HCM, Benefits, Compensation required
  • Knowledge of touch points in HCM, payroll, benefits, time tracking, and security
  • Experience as a hands-on Workday SME, configuring and maintaining modules
  • Team-player, able to work across a global, collaborative and fast-growing business
  • Python scripting experience would be an asset
  • Fluent in English
