As a Workato Developer, you'll design, build, and maintain integrations across systems using Workato, ensuring seamless data exchange and automation of workflows.
As a Workato Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure integrations across cloud and on-premise systems using the Workato platform. This includes developing interfaces that enable seamless data exchange, automation of workflows, and orchestration of business processes.

- Integration Design & Development: Build and optimise recipes and connectors to support interface flows between applications such as SAP, Salesforce, OMS, and custom platforms.
- Interface Engineering: Develop robust frameworks for interface orchestration, including error handling, data mapping, and transformation logic.
- API Management: Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs for integration endpoints, ensuring secure and efficient communication between systems.
- Testing & Validation: Implement automated unit testing frameworks to validate interface logic and reduce regression risks.
- Documentation & Support: Maintain detailed documentation of integration flows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or any relevant specialisation.
- Proven 4-7 experience with Workato platform and recipe development.
- Strong understanding of API integration, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML, SQL).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and interface design principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), middleware, and data orchestration tools.
- Hands-on experience designing, building and deploying Recipes into Workato cloud.
- Hands-on experience in developing custom connectors in Workato using Ruby.
- Workato Automation Pro III, Workato Certified Developer is a plus
