- Upgrade process capability to reduce production costs.
- Develop and implement process management projects.
- Set up process parameters for various semiconductor equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to determine and successfully implement process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with process management and project leadership.
- Knowledge of the most recent semiconductor tools and substances.
- Knowledge of advanced data analysis techniques.
- Track record of reducing production costs and improving efficiencies.
