About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web3 Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transaction-focused product management, with experience in platforms such as crowdfunding (e.g., Kickstarter) and decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative Web3 products, focusing on transaction-based platforms and decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and strategy, and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for new product features and enhancements.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch new products.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the Web3 and DeFi space, and apply this knowledge to product development.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and agile development within the product team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Web3 or DeFi space, with a strong focus on transaction-based platforms such as crowdfunding or DEXs.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and token economics.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
