What you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the full-stack development of the company's web application systems, including front-end interfaces and back-end services, ensuring the completeness and stability of product functionality. 
  • Based on product requirements, participate in designing database architecture, optimizing database queries, and improving data storage and retrieval efficiency. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to accurately understand business needs, translate design drafts into high-quality, smooth interactive front-end pages, and complete back-end functionality development and integration. 
  • Optimize the performance of web applications, including page load speeds and code enhancements, to improve user experience. Promptly address online issues, troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions to ensure the continuous and stable operation of business functions.

How you will stand out:

  • Front-End Technical Requirements:
    1. Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiar with W3C standards and capable of writing raw code manually.
    2. Proficient in front-end frameworks such as Vue, Angular, React, and jQuery.
    3. Understand AJAX mechanisms and be familiar with web performance optimization strategies and solving browser compatibility issues.
    4. Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like Sass and the ability to use automation tools like Gulp and Webpack for project engineering. 
  • Back-End Technical Requirements:
    1. Proficient in back-end programming languages such as Java, Go, and Python.
    2. Familiar with database design and management, such as MySQL and MongoDB.
    3. Proficient in back-end frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, Flask, and Gin.
