Summary:

The Wealth Advisory Specialist supports clients through comprehensive financial planning, collaborating with Income Financial Advisors to deliver tailored wealth solutions aligned with clients’ long‑term goals. This role enhances the advisory experience by ensuring clients receive personalised, expert guidance and that clients and advisors stay aligned throughout their financial planning journey.

Responsibilities:

Holistic Financial Planning

  • Conduct in-depth financial discovery to understand clients’ financial goals, life priorities, risk appetite, and overall financial landscape.

  • Develop comprehensive financial plans that cover protection, investment, retirement, wealth accumulation, and legacy planning.

  • Recommend personalised financial strategies and solutions that address clients’ specific needs and aspirations.

  • Provide clarity and guidance on financial options, helping clients make informed, confident decisions.

Collaboration with Income Financial Advisors

  • Work closely with Income Financial Advisors to ensure shared understanding of client needs, planning direction, and solution recommendations.

  • Maintain aligned advisory strategies across all parties to deliver a consistent, cohesive client experience.

  • Act as a central coordination point to ensure smooth, timely communication throughout the advisory process.

  • Provide clients and advisors with accurate updates, necessary documentation, and follow‑through on agreed next steps.

Relationship Building & Client Support

  • Build rapport and trust with clients through professional, transparent, and empathetic engagement.

  • Conduct periodic reviews with clients to assess plan performance and recommend adjustments in response to life changes or market conditions.

  • Ensure financial plans remain relevant and adaptive to clients’ evolving needs.

 

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, financial planning, banking, or related client‑facing financial roles.

  • Experience in conducting financial needs analysis, portfolio discussions, or advisory consultations is strongly preferred.

  • Relevant certifications such as CMFAS (e.g., M5, M6, M9, HI) are required.
