Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; organize warehouse; perform inventory counts; pick, pack, and prepare orders; operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; maintain shipment records; report discrepancies; perform routine equipment checks; follow HSE guidelines and assist materials coordinator with ad-hoc tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of products and materials.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to facilitate easy access to items.
- Conduct daily inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain detailed records of all outgoing shipments.
- Report any product issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools, safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
- To work in orderly manner ensuring store areas are kept clean & tidy and safe from hazards.
- To engage in any other ad-hoc activities requested by materials coordinator or his delegate.
- Comply to HSE recommendation and instructions.
Requirements:
- Min GCE “N” / “O” Level or equivalent.
- Min 1 years related working experience.
- Independent, able to work under minimal supervision.
- Process a valid Forklift license.
- Knowledge in ERP/Warehouse Management System is an advantage.
