Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple business segments. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, a knack for crafting compelling presentations for investment boards, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and excellent communication.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management across diverse domains including Technology & Operations Delivery, Risk Management, Human Resources, Audit, Legal Secretariat, and Corporate Real Estate Services.
• Develop and deliver high-impact PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and investment board reviews.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across business units, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding of project goals, timelines, and outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on project performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management across multiple business domains.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools; ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience influencing senior executives.
• Familiarity with enterprise functions such as Technology, Risk, HR, Audit is highly desirable.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
