Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their operational needs, identify problems, and define system requirements for new projects and enhancements.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement, automation, and optimization.

  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and other relevant documentation.

  • Work closely with development teams, architects, and quality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical standards.

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, present findings, and obtain stakeholder approvals.

  • Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and defect analysis to ensure the quality and integrity of delivered solutions.

  • Assist in the creation of training materials and provide support to end-users post-implementation.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system analysis and banking technology.

  • Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements.

  • Proficiency in creating flowcharts, process maps, use cases, and other analytical tools.

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong negotiation skill, good in time management and able to multi-task

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
