Job Description

Drive Requirements Lifecycle - From abstract product vision all the way to detailed functional requirements.
Bridge Product Owners, System Analysts, Architects and Developers - Translate the high-level product vision and initiatives into tangible, detailed requirements for developers, in collaboration with system analysts and architects. This can be in the form of process flows, functional specifications and elaborated user stories.
Support Product Owners - Prioritise requirements across cost/benefit by assessing and documenting their impact. Help the Product Owners manage the product backlog by providing input and justifying prioritisation.
Support Development and Testing - Support developers and testers by providing the first level of functional clarifications during development, review SIT scenarios, prepare UAT test cases for testing phase for non RORC countries (TH/ID).
Requirement Traceability – Responsible for documenting final artefacts and ensuring complete traceability to original requirements and change management.

Key responsibilities include:

L2 Process Design:
Define detailed business process design, spanning both online and offline aspects. Coordinate with various stakeholders in UOB including Tech/system analysts, Product owners and In-country Ops to get detailed requirements and ensure that they are met through proposed solutions.
Requirement refinement / elaboration:
Refine / elaborate user stories based on business requirements and process design, ensuring that they follow UOB’s prescribed format. Ensure that user stories have sufficient details so that developers are able to estimate and work with them.
Ensure user stories are consistent and high-quality.
Review and approve FSDs ensuring all requirements are accounted for.
Actively participate in Sprint Planning between Product Owner and squad members to explain the story requirements.
Work with the design team for requirements that require User Interface Design.
Consult Solution Architects and System Analysts for technical requirements.
Be available for Product Owner (PO) to discuss any dependencies/backlog topic. Assist PO in defining finer details of the product.
Operational Impact Assessment:Assess operational impact (regional vs country analysis) and work with in-country operational teams to ensure affected areas are embedded in operational readiness plan,
UAT Test Case Preparation Support: Support UAT preparation by defining test scope for non RORC countries (TH/ID), drafting test cases in JIRA and ensuring traceability to original requirements. Review UAT scenarios for RORC countries (SG/MY).
Requirement Traceability and Change Management: Compile final requirements documentation ensuring full traceability and change management.
