We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Sales – APAC to lead StackAdapt's sales organization across the Asia-Pacific region. This leader will own the regional sales strategy and lead a geographically dispersed team of sales leaders and Account Executives, with key hubs in Australia and Singapore, and team members in Hong Kong and Japan. .

This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth across independent agencies, direct brands, and global and regional Holding Companies. The ideal candidate brings deep DSP and programmatic advertising experience, strong relationships across the APAC advertising ecosystem, and a proven track record of leading high-performing sales organizations across multiple markets.

This leader will partner closely with Client Services, Agency Development, Marketing, Product, Solutions, Inventory Partnerships, Sales Enablement, Data & Analytics, and Revenue Operations to strengthen StackAdapt's market position and accelerate growth across APAC.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company; however, our sales teams operate regionally. For this role, we are prioritizing candidates located within APAC, located in our Australia or Singapore hubs.

What You'll Be Doing:

APAC Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Own and execute the APAC sales strategy, with accountability for regional revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and expansion across priority markets.
  • Develop differentiated strategies for independent agencies, direct brands, and Holding Companies based on their distinct buying behaviors and opportunities.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and commercial opportunities to drive StackAdapt's next phase of APAC growth.
  • Establish a consistent regional operating rhythm  for regional targets, pipeline health, forecasting, territory strategy, and overall sales performance.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to maintain deal quality and sustainable commercial terms.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop a geographically dispersed organization of sales leaders and Account Executives across APAC.
  • Build a strong leadership bench and establish clear expectations, operating rhythms, and accountability across markets.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales talent while fostering a connected regional culture.
  • Support the team on strategic opportunities, complex negotiations, and executive customer relationships.

Customer & Market Leadership

  • Build executive-level relationships across independent agencies, brands, and major regional and global Holding Companies.
  • Navigate complex HoldCo structures and translate regional and global relationships into local market opportunities.
  • Serve as a senior DSP and programmatic leader in strategic pitches, platform evaluations, and competitive conversations.
  • Represent StackAdapt with senior customers, partners, and industry stakeholders across APAC.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner across Client Services, Agency Development, Product, Solutions, Marketing, Inventory Partnerships, Sales Enablement, Data & Analytics, and Revenue Operations to execute an integrated APAC go-to-market strategy.
  • Bring APAC voice of customer and market insights into company strategy, product development, and investment decisions.
  • Use data and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, improve sales performance, and prioritize resources across the region.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Significant sales leadership experience within a demand-side platform (DSP) or directly comparable programmatic advertising business.
  • Deep knowledge of the APAC programmatic advertising ecosystem and how agencies and brands evaluate and adopt DSPs.
  • Proven track record of owning and exceeding regional revenue targets across multiple APAC markets.
  • Demonstrated success selling to independent agencies, direct brands, and major Holding Companies.
  • Strong executive relationships across the APAC advertising ecosystem.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed, multi-market sales teams and sales leaders.
  • Strong understanding of Holding Company structures, agency trading relationships, and programmatic buying models.
  • Ability to balance strategic enterprise relationships with mid-market and net-new customer acquisition.
  • Strong operational discipline across forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and performance management.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence customers, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.
 

The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location. This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Factors Influencing Final Compensation:

  • The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications.
  • Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.
Base Salary Band
$263,405$395,107 SGD
