Job Description

Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the bank's overall success.
* Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenue generation and market share expansion.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Represent the bank in various forums, conferences, and industry events.
* Drive operational excellence and process improvements within the assigned area.
* Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management.
* Manage risks effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the banking or financial services industry, with network in target markets.
* Proven track record of success in strategic planning, business development, and team management.
* Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experienced in cross-border investment matters and language ability in Korean and Chinese to manage relationships with target clients.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
