You’ll simulate realistic bank call centre conversations using provided scripts, helping AI better understand natural, local speech.

RequirementsWhat will I be doing?
- Simulate bank call centre conversations by calling a designated IVR number
- Record single-speaker audio calls based on provided scripts
- Lightly adapt script wording to sound natural and locally appropriate
- Include natural speech elements (fillers, pauses, emotion)
- Use English–Mandarin code-switching where relevant
- Record in a quiet environment with minimal background noise
- Follow all recording and quality guidelines
- Complete assigned scripts within the required timeline
- Communicate proactively with the Project Manager regarding issues or clarifications
- Native-level fluency in Singaporean English or Singaporean Mandarin
- Residence in Singapore or Malaysia
- Age range: 25–60 years old
- Comfortable speaking naturally and expressively
- Willingness to follow recording guidelines and SOPs
- Access to a phone for IVR-based recording (no headphones allowed)
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete assigned scripts reliably
