About the team:
At Aspire, we are on a mission to establish ourselves as the unrivaled #1 Finance Operating System for businesses in APAC. Our Marketing Team is at the forefront of this exciting journey, playing a pivotal role in building our brand, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing relationships. Our Marketing team looks at crafting and executing marketing strategies to resonate with our target audience, and also to scale the acquisition of new users by identifying untapped channels and optimizing conversions.
About the role:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Visual Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set in design, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design and a solid understanding of visual design principles. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to create a diverse array of design assets, including advertisements, event collateral, social media posts, presentations, and brochures. We are looking for someone who can adapt to varying design requests and excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in addressing multiple challenges.
Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on UI/UX, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design and various projects.
- Strong visual communication skills, with a solid understanding of design fundamentals and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Figma, as it will be the primary tool for 70% of your work, including familiarity with UI/UX features like components, variables, and styles.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva for secondary design tasks.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing using After Effects.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring optimal user experiences.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles to create visually appealing and effective designs.
- Strong skills in creating marketing collateral, including brochures, social media graphics, and email templates that effectively convey messaging.
- Experience in working within Agile development environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.
