Job Description:

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old
• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

A VIE for a Services Marketing  has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in SINGAPORE. You will join Marketing Department.

We are looking for a VIE to support services marketing activities in Asia Pacific. This person will work with the Airline Marketing Director for Services responsible for Asia Pacific to market and position Airbus Services with effective value propositions.

Tasks & accountabilities

  • Ensure the optimal customer perception of Airbus Services relative to the competition as a key step for sales campaign success, and maximize value recognition of the Airbus solution

  • Work closely with Marketing Director on assigned airline accounts to deliver convincing marketing analysis, argumentation, and presentations for Airbus Services, to influence a customer’s aircraft and/or services evaluation and purchasing decision

  • Develop an understanding of the core Airbus Services pillars and all aspects of the assigned airline requirements, business drivers and their make or buy policy for Services

  • Perform market analysis and studies to generate leads for Airbus Services. Be cognisant of competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and differentiate Airbus Services in the market

  • Perform value assessment of Airbus Services to augment aircraft PV analysis and also \defend Airbus’ Services offer

  • Support the development of Airbus Services commercial plans and account specific strategy for Services

  • Develop appropriate documents that demonstrate Airbus’s superiority in realizing customer’s needs

  • Present to and interact with customers and senior team members

  • Provide feedback from customers to internal stakeholders to aid product development and positioning and also support the improvements of the marketing methods & tools

  • Interact with other areas in Marketing / Airbus to enhance marketing analysis and argumentation

  • Participate in trade shows or promotional events when required with senior team members

  • Be proactive, creative, customer focused, teamwork oriented, innovative, and have a fighting spirit.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

  • Degree in Engineering or Business.

  • Basic understanding of aerospace aftermarket services such as maintenance, aircraft modifications, training and / or digital aviation solutions preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Customer focus and work well in a team.

in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Ability to offer fresh ideas

  • Comfortable to manage complexity

  • Comfortable to work autonomously

Un poste sous contrat VIE Services Marketing  est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus Commercial Aircraft à SINGAPORE. Vous rejoindrez le département de Marketing.

Missions et responsabilités :

  • Veiller à ce que les clients perçoivent Airbus Services de manière optimale par rapport à la concurrence, ce qui constitue une étape clé pour la réussite des campagnes de vente, et maximiser la reconnaissance de la valeur de la solution Airbus.

  • Travailler en collaboration avec le Directeur Marketing sur les comptes des compagnies aériennes assignées afin de fournir une analyse marketing, une argumentation et des présentations convaincantes pour Airbus Services, afin d'influencer l'évaluation de l'avion et/ou des services du client et la décision d'achat.

  • Développer une compréhension des piliers fondamentaux d'Airbus Services et de tous les aspects des exigences de la compagnie aérienne assignée, des moteurs de l'activité et de leur politique d'achat de services.

  • Effectuer des analyses et des études de marché afin de générer des pistes pour les services d'Airbus. Connaître les forces et les faiblesses des concurrents et différencier les services d'Airbus sur le marché.

  • Effectuer une évaluation de la valeur des services d'Airbus pour compléter l'analyse du prix de vente de l'avion et défendre l'offre de services d'Airbus.

  • Soutenir le développement des plans commerciaux d'Airbus Services et de la stratégie spécifique aux comptes pour les services.

  • Développer des documents appropriés qui démontrent la supériorité d'Airbus dans la réalisation des besoins des clients.

  • Présenter et interagir avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe de direction.

  • Fournir un retour d'information des clients aux parties prenantes internes afin d'aider au développement et au positionnement des produits et de soutenir l'amélioration des méthodes et des outils de marketing.

  • Interagir avec d'autres services du marketing et d'Airbus afin d'améliorer l'analyse et l'argumentation marketing.

Compétences requises:

Vous avez les compétences et l'expérience suivantes :

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou de commerce.

  • Compréhension de base des services après-vente aérospatiaux tels que la maintenance, les modifications d'aéronefs, la formation et / ou les solutions d'aviation numérique.

  • Solides compétences analytiques.

  • Orientation client et aptitude à travailler en équipe.

En outre, vous êtes capable de démontrer les compétences suivantes :

  • Capacité à proposer des idées nouvelles

  • Capacité à gérer la complexité

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
