Job Objectives
A short description of the employee’s main function. For example: To ensure expansion and growth for Airbus Singapore through new activities, or extension of existing ones, defined as agency or distribution agreements in cooperation with external partners to support Airbus Singapore’s goals, objectives and strategies etc.
To support the Head of Research & Technology (R&T) Global Footprint International Operations to improve the development and updating of the governance tools and day-to-day operational activities with ad-hoc tasks.
Primary responsibilities
Covers the tasks that the employee is the sole responsible for. This means that it is the employee’s responsibility to drive these tasks and ensure their fulfilment. For examples: Work on constantly expanding Airbus Singapore’s pipeline of new suppliers; Manage the negotiation activities of new supplier agreements etc.

To work on the development and updating of the R&T Global Footprint Operations and Governance which includes but not limited to: Portfolio Management including Gsite, Looker Studio dashboard, G Suite for contractual financial and stakeholder management.

Engaging with Global and central stakeholders to maintain a live strategy document for the Airbus Research & Innovation Global Footprint and the respective Tech Hubs;

To support the maturity of the Airbus Tech Hub operational models and ensure compliance to central R&T and Innovation processes;

To support transformation initiatives launched globally to deliver value to the International Community and develop Country Strategies for key countries;

To support the implementation on the performance management KPIs for the global footprint and to ensure that we are reporting accurately;

Support on preparing for Monthly R&T Global Footprint Meetings, Management councils, Weekly Ops Meetings and any ad-hoc Meetings that needs to be addressed by the R&TGF Intl Ops;

Support on coordination efforts required among teams to ensure smooth execution of the objectives;

Support in the preparation and for related Airshows for R&T GF and maintain a calendar of Key events;

Support to follow up on Strategic reviews and feedback sessions from the teams and to support the follow-up actions;

Support on the communication for R&T GF and ensure regular updates to the Airbus Hub;

Secondary Responsibilities
Covers the tasks that are primary to another employee, but where this employee assists, contributes, supports etc. That is to say that the employee has an obligation to cooperate in the performance of the secondary tasks.

To work closely with the rest of R&T and community as an integral team member in executing the activities of the Global Footprint and the Airbus Tech Hub;

To collaborate with both the internal stakeholders and external partners from Commercial, Defence & Space, Helicopter and International community; and
-
To provide support on any other ad-hoc matters required by the central R&T and Innovation office.
General
Covers the tasks that are generally performed by all entities in Singapore. For examples: Comply with Airbus Singapore’s management policies, Adhere to Airbus Singapore’s management handbook, contribute to a positive and inspiring work environment, Stay well informed and familiar with the latest developments etc.

Data management, business object and data analytics, process workflow and dashboard developments and data analytics;

Ability to carry out planning and execution needed for activities such as project management and feedback loop;

Preferred to have a mix operational management and aerospace knowledge with strong technology sense; and

Well-versed with multi tasking, task optimization and prioritizations.
