–Investigate the Effects of Temperature and Humidity on FOUP Environments: Conduct comprehensive studies to analyze how variations in temperature and humidity impact the Front Opening Unified Pod (FOUP) environment.
–Develop a Technical Report on Temperature and Humidity Impacts on Semiconductor Devices: Produce a detailed technical write-up that examines the effects of temperature and humidity changes on the performance and reliability of semiconductor devices.

–Advance detection of temperature and humidity in FOUP environment
–Data analysis and technical paper report writing
