Job Responsibilities
- Planning and operation of quarterly engagement events and town halls (including Learning Campaigns and ASO Awards).
- Designing post-event surveys and logging actions to continuously improve participation and satisfaction.
- Follow-up on MES (Employee Survey) results and support for achieving departmental KPIs (Engage).
- Roadmapping of technical and non-technical training (basic → intermediate → practical application), promotion of certification acquisition, and management of learning time blocking.
- Implementation and operational design of LMS/e-learning, and visualization of attendance data (dashboard).
- Co-creation of training themes with ASO, instructor assignment and post-training follow-up (review and practical application).
- Updating and operation of information infrastructure such as RIA, Orientation, and M365 communities.
- Designing information to promote self-resolution (freshness of information, searchability) and monitoring usage rates.
- Operation aligned with ASO talent development KPIs (Develop / Attract / Retain / Engage), promotion of the Capability Playbook, and integrated management of training plans and budgets.
- Selection, contracting, and operation of external vendors/instructors in collaboration with Procurement, HR (GHRA), and each HOD (in compliance with internal procedures).
- Launch of annual Training Plan across all ASO locations and development of prioritized skills/training catalogues by department.
- Institutionalization of engagement events and operational improvement of events.
Job requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program design and execution in areas such as L&D, PMO, and IT planning.
- Experience in planning and promoting IT Academy initiatives.
- Experience in training program planning, LMS operation, or data visualization (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience in stakeholder management and consensus building across multiple APAC locations.
- Excellent communication design (written and verbal) and facilitation skills (e.g., workshops, all-hands meetings).
- Operation of SharePoint / M365 community and planning and execution of events such as town halls.
- Data storytelling of learning and engagement metrics (generating insights that support decision-making).
- A core role that refines ASO culture through the dual approach of “learning × experience.”
- Large-scale initiatives in collaboration with APAC sites, creating synergies with Change Activist and Engagement measures.
- Environment where visible results can be achieved quickly by leveraging existing RIA/portal infrastructure.
