  • Drive major asset decisions —recapitalisations, acquisitions, operational initiatives, divestments and exits — including their timing and structure

Team Leadership and Mentorship

  • Coach and develop the team, shaping progression and building senior capability
  • Set the tone for a collaborative, high-performing culture across the team

Investor Relations and Fundraising

  • Advance the firm's fundraising agenda, shaping fund marketing narratives, deepening LP relationships and participating in meetings with prospective and existing LPs
  • Act as an ambassador for the firm at conferences and investor forums, building its reputation and network

Requirements

Education:

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) or relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA) are a plus

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure investments with a strong track record of originating, leading and closing infrastructure transactions
  • Hands-on command of structuring, negotiation and transaction management across complex deals
  • Established network of industry, advisor and investor relationships with a demonstrated ability to originate transactions

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior decision-makers
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Asian languages would be highly advantageous to communicate with stakeholders

Personal Attributes:
