We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cyber team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in either Singapore or Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Our One Marsh Cyber team combines consulting and brokerage expertise to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity risk management services across Asia. The Vice President, Cyber Risk Consulting will play a senior client-facing role, delivering high-quality cybersecurity risk advisory and project delivery across diverse sectors.
We will count on you to:
- Deliver high-quality cybersecurity risk reports tailored to both technical and senior business stakeholders.
- Advise clients on enterprise cybersecurity risk management development, delivery, and measurement.
- Provide expertise across core technology domains including enterprise networks, cloud security and architecture, identity and access management, third-party technology risks, technology resilience, endpoint security, and AI.
- Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team and contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.
- Support clients across sectors such as energy and power, financial services, telecoms, manufacturing, technology, consumer goods/retail, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
- Travel regionally as required and work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
What you need to have:
- Extensive experience delivering standards-based cybersecurity assessments (e.g., NIST CSF 2.0, IEC 62443, ISO27001), with OT cybersecurity experience highly desirable.
- Practical experience developing and evaluating cybersecurity and resilience governance models, including policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with regional regulations on personal data, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, and technology resilience, with deeper knowledge of financial services and critical infrastructure regulation preferred.
- Experience in incident response management, including policy development and planning; direct breach coaching or forensic responder experience is a plus.
