- Own and evolve the enterprise culture transformation strategy, aligned to Micron's Vision, Mission, and Values and reflecting AI-driven reinvention
- Translate culture priorities into clear behaviors, mentalities, and measurable outcomes
- Partner with People Strategy, Talent Management, and Transformation teams to embed culture into:
- Leadership development
- Talent systems (performance, rewards, onboarding)
- Learning and capability-building strategies
Culture Activation Through Talent Solutions
- Design and deploy targeted talent solutions that bring culture to life in specific regions, functions, or business contexts
- Partner with Talent Partnering to co-create custom solutions beyond the global catalog
- Rapidly prototype and deliver workshops, learning journeys, interventions, and toolkits aligned to culture priorities

Education

- Proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts through influence
- Experience designing and delivering custom talent solutions in global, sophisticated environments
