About the role:

  • Work with your manager in meeting sales target

  • Take lead in execution of Market / Rental Values of all types of properties for various financial institutions, government agencies and corporate clients.

  • Provide guidance and manage interns (if required) and handle all operational related issues/ matters.

  • Able to do indicatives, inspections, data searching and/or derivative valuation.

  • To be involved in business development and other initiative work that may be required.

  • Undertake portfolio work and non-standard/ specialized valuations (where required)

  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property valuation.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of local property laws and taxation policies.
