About the role:
Work with your manager in meeting sales target
Take lead in execution of Market / Rental Values of all types of properties for various financial institutions, government agencies and corporate clients.
Provide guidance and manage interns (if required) and handle all operational related issues/ matters.
Able to do indicatives, inspections, data searching and/or derivative valuation.
To be involved in business development and other initiative work that may be required.
Undertake portfolio work and non-standard/ specialized valuations (where required)
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.
About you:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in property valuation.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of local property laws and taxation policies.
