SimplifyNext is a Singapore-headquartered digital engineering firm, with offices in Thailand and Malaysia, working across three converged areas: agentic AI, AI-enabled application modernisation, and intelligent automation.

We bring strong business process consulting together with deep technology skills and modern delivery practices – product-centric, agile and AI-assisted. We build bespoke applications and AI systems, and we go deep on the platforms our clients run on, including Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, Databricks and UiPath. That combination of engineering depth and platform depth is what our clients come to us for.

We build and modernise the systems people depend on daily. Our 300+ practitioners are multi-disciplinary by design – business consultants, software engineers, architects, AI engineers and designers working on the same delivery, not handing off between silos. We focus on delivering outcomes for clients, building strong careers for our people, and staying ahead of the technology curve. We hire because we are growing.

As an Early Career User Experience Designer, you will join our Professional Services team as part of our early talent pipeline. You will work alongside senior designers, consultants, and technologists to translate business problems into intuitive, user-centred digital experiences across enterprise platforms and digital products.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or designers with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to build strong foundations in enterprise UX, consulting-style delivery, and modern design practices.

What You’ll Do
  • Support end-to-end design activities across projects: user research, requirements gathering, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Work closely with consultants and business analysts to understand user needs, business processes, and transformation goals
  • Assist in translating business and user requirements into clear, usable interface designs
  • Contribute to design systems, UI components, and style guides under the guidance of senior designers
  • Participate in usability testing, user feedback sessions, and design reviews
  • Collaborate with developers during design hand-off to ensure accurate implementation
  • Support UAT and post-implementation phases by addressing usability issues and design refinements
  • Continuously learn enterprise platforms, design tools, and emerging UX patterns (e.g. dashboards, low-code apps, AI-enabled interfaces)
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships, school projects, or freelance work included)
  • A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and visual design fundamentals
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Passion for delivering quality, user-centred work
Why Join Us
  • Structured exposure to real-world enterprise and digital transformation projects
  • Mentorship from senior designers and consultants
  • Clear development pathway into mid-level and senior UI/UX roles
  • Opportunities to work across industries, platforms, and emerging technologies

At SimplifyNext, we’re committed to building a team of curious, driven, and forward-thinking individuals who care deeply about creating meaningful impact through technology. If you’re excited by the opportunity to grow, collaborate, and shape the future of digital transformation across the region, we’d be happy to hear from you.
